5th round 40/60 program commercial shops tender. The corporation seeks to transfer 3,310 condominium-building commercial shops located in various sub-cities of Addis Ababa through open tender. Tender documents are sold for a non-refundable fee of 400 ETB during working hours (8:30 AM–4:30 PM, Saturdays until 12:00 PM) from Ginbot 17/2015 to Sene 19/2015 E.C. (28 working days). Tender box closes on Sene 19/2015 at 5:00 PM and opens the following day, Sene 20/2015, at 9:00 AM in the presence of bidders. Tender document sale locations: 1.
